Ask Him To Heal Your Heart

Sometimes it is hard to go on with life because it all seems so blurry and so meaningless. It hurts to not enjoy what you loved the most, to always feel so empty inside, to forever be lonely even though you're surrounded by many who love you. Oh, how you wish people actually saw what was inside of you, how you wish they could read your mind and comfort your aching heart, but you feel all alone in this strange state of painful emotions and heartache. It feels as though there is an actual void in your heart--one you never knew existed.

The worst thing about this is that you cannot ever remember the last time you ever had a genuine smile and felt happy. Most often you break down in tears yet you don't know or understand why your tears flow uncontrollably.

This pain you're going through is so unbearable yet you choose to go through it alone because you do not wish to worry those you love. So, you struggle to fake your smile, to fake your laughter and to fake who you used to be. Often you seclude yourself so the need to "fake" anything does not rise---however, you really want this out of your system and would love someone to talk to, someone to lend you a shoulder to really cry on, someone to give you a comforting hug and tell you its going to be alright.

The reality is though, people look at you but they never see the pain you hide inside. You ask "Am I really good at faking or do people just ignore me? or Is there anyone who could ever see through my eyes and see the scars in my heart?"

The answer is YES....there is someone who sees your every pain, hears your silent cries, and works very hard to heal your heart. Its no other but the one who created you from dust and the one you shall return to. Allaah ta'ala is closer to you than anyone and He can help you through anything. You just have to completely trust His divine help and give your heart to him.

I know its hard to do that part because of feeling empty within, but know that help is only with Allaah, so if it hurts too much, be close to Him, talk to Him through your prayers and let His divine words heal you. Also know that you're not alone in this state of depression and loneliness. Dont be afraid to talk to someone you trust , even if it means that person sees your weakness through the tears! Don't ever be scared of putting your feeling out there because concealing your pain only makes it worse

If all fails, keep a journal and write away all that pain , trust me you're going to lose so many tears and will not be able to finish a page, but by the time you're done, you're going to feel a lot better insha'Allah and always make dua to Allaah and ask Him to heal your heart!

Ya Rabb ..... ku kan bicara tentang sedikit rasa yang terselip dalam anganku, meskipun aku tahu Engkau telah mengetahui terlebih dahulu.

Ya Rabb ..... Masih lekat dalam ingatanku teringat akan segala dosa - dosa ku, akan perbuatan ku yang berlebihan dan melampaui batas kewajaran , penuh kesombongan , di tengah gurun kemunafikan dan kepalsuan serta kelalaian.

Ya Rabb..... Sulit rasanya untuk bisa menjadi hamba-Mu yang terpilih , ditengah kesombongan dan keangkuhan , serta ke aku-an dalam diri. aku sungguh ingin menjadi seperti mereka yang Engkau Ridhai dan Engkau Berkahi , bersama dengan semua makhluk Mu yang taat dan selalu patuh kepada Mu, bertasbih kepada Mu , mengagungkan nama Kebesaran Mu

Surah Alam Nasyrah

1. Have we not opened Your breast for You ?
2. And removed from You Your burden,
3. Which weighed down Your back?
4. And raised High Your fame?
5. So Verily, with the hardship, there is relief,
6. Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs).
7. So when You have finished (from Your occupation), Then stand up for Allâh's Worship (i.e. stand up for prayer).
8. And to Your Lord (Alone) turn (all Your intentions and hopes and) Your invocations.

 أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ  وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ

الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ  وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ  وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ

1. Have we not expanded Thee Thy breast?-
2. And removed from Thee Thy burden
3. The which did gall Thy back?-
4. And raised high the esteem (in which) Thou (art held)?
5. So, Verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
6. Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
7. Therefore, when Thou art free (from Thine immediate task), still labour hard,
8. And to Thy Lord turn (all) Thy attention. Allaah Know The Best

Hell Punishment And Chastisement

Hell is a place that is believed by adherents of some religion or cult and as a place of eternal suffering after death. Hell means a fire, the place of torment and the reward of those who believe not in Allah and sin in his life in the world. In order to grow into the soul of feeling afraid of hell, it becomes important that we all understand the true nature of hell, because no one could express the enormity of the suffering in hell, as no one can express the enjoyment of heaven.

Punishment and chastisement of God in the afterlife is something very powerful and can not be imagined at all. how dasyatnya torments of hell is a comparison of the heat of the fire with a fire in the hereafter, As a place covered by the misery, surely every person who entered into the hell would not feel at home so they want out of it, but it is not possible if without the permission of Allah Almighty, therefore Hell is guarded by the angels who are rude, harsh, cruel and always obey the command of Allah so that even in such a cruel abusive residents, will continue to do so again on the orders of Allah and there was no feeling sorry for the man who was torturing.

Therefore when men go to hell, there is a feeling of not going into it because it was very unpleasant place, therefore angels pushing them with a vengeance so that no human inhabitants of hell will be able to escape from custody angel.

This is revealed by Allah The Almighty in Quran: O ye who believe, guard yourselves and your families from hellfire that its fuel is men and stones; guard by angels who are rude, loud, and do not disobey Allah against what he commanded to them and always do what was ordered. (Surah At-Tahrim [66]: 6).

Shalat Dzuhur

Shalat dzuhur merupakan salah satu dari shalat wajib 5 waktu yang terdiri dari 4 rakaat dikerjakan pada tengah hari. Waktu shalat Dzuhur merupakan saat puncak dalam beraktivitas, sesudah bekerja atau beraktifitas selama beberapa jam, otak butuh istirahat dalam berfikir, pun demikian dengan tenaga. 

Istirahat ini dibutuhkan untuk memulihkan tenaga sambil sedikit meluruskan orientasi manusia yang cenderung kepada semangat duniawi untuk diseimbangkan dengan tujuan utamanya agar memperoleh kebahagiaan duniawi dan ukhrawi, karena sesunggunya kita hidup ini untuk kemaslahatan keduanya.

kita tidak lagi menggebu-gebu dan ngotot untuk mewujudkan pemenuhan kebutuhan duniawi. kita akan jauh merasa lebih santai, tenang dan bahagia. Sel-sel tubuh akan berada dalam kondisi metabolism minimal. Saat itulah pikiran menjadi jernih dan bebas prasangka-prasangka , terbebas pengaruh hormon-hormon agresif atau ketakutan. Intuisi dan ide-ide brilian akan muncul kepermukaan dan proses relaksasi yang optimal, baik fisik maupun psikologis, akan benar-benar terasa.

Setelah shalat Dzuhur dilaksanakan, kesegaran otak, tubuh dan hati terbentuk dan  tersusun dengan kuat untuk menghadapi setiap celah pekerjaan, tantangan dan segala rencana penting yang tertunda sementara. Jadi, shalat Dzuhur merupakan titik terpenting dalam setiap istirahat yang kita lakukan di siang hari.
