Appreciation not only gives happiness to others but we also receive happiness in return first for writing a letter of appreciation and second for the response we get. Often we forget to thank our loved ones, our colleagues or our bosses for support we receive from them. Often we take it for granted that your wife is cooking every day or the husband goes to work to make money and support the family. but how much do we really appreciate a person and stand still for the support that they give us? One way to find happiness within you is to show your appreciation to others.
Often we are to tough on ourselves by telling us we could have done things better, we could have achieve more or we feel we haven't done enough yet in life. Have a look at your life and evaluate where you are today, what have you achieved? Often we tend to forget the achievements during the journey of our life and we need to be reminded.
